3. In Romans 10:9, what do you think might be the significance of declaring “Jesus is Lord” rather than Jesus is Savior, or Messiah, or whatever else?

4. Read Romans 10:14-15. What are some ways that God has given people the opportunity to hear the gospel?

5. Read Romans 10:16-21. What do you think kept so many Israelites from calling on the Lord Jesus Christ? Would you agree that we all have a personal responsibility to make our own choice about Jesus? Explain.
